Hello 2021! Let’s do this!

Hello 2021! Let’s do this!

Who’s excited to put 2020 behind them? Said everyone!

It’s already looking like it’s going to be a new year with renewed energy in 2021.

I’ve been busy getting back into the studio after the holidays. And it’s full speed ahead again. I’ve got three new conservation video projects that are now in the post production phase. WorkCabin Creative is pleased to be starting a new year working with ALUS Canada, Birds Canada, and the Long Point Basin Land Trust. We’re also pumped about a number of conservation video project quotes for 2021 work and hope to see those come to fruition in the coming months as organizations review their budgets and funding grant applications.

Also, there’s super exciting news here in the production studio at the ‘Cabin. To launch 2021, we’re welcoming the arrival of an all-new custom-built 4K video editing system. All video editing has always been done 100% in-house at WorkCabin Creative. No work is ever farmed out to freelancers. This latest investment in production software and computer horsepower significantly ups our workflow, speed and capabilities for projects both big and small.

I’m always asked “When is a good time to reach out about getting a video or photography done?” Well, it’s actually now. Even if you don’t intend to have filming done until the summer, it’s always wise to reach out, start the conversations, and get your project slotted on our work calendar. Summer and fall are especially busy times for organizations wanting work done.

I hope you have a wonderful start to 2021. And remember, nothing sticks in your audience’s head like a good story!
