It’s no secret that engagement on Facebook-owned Instagram is huge. Every week I hear folks moaning about the declining engagement and reach on Facebook. Conversely, the same people say the opposite is happening on Instagram, the platform that is without question the rocket ship of social media today vs every other platform.

Businesses and downtowns are always wondering: what’s the best platform? Well, it’s hard to argue against Facebook. But just being exclusively on Facebook today is often a failed strategy. Many businesses struggle with where to be, besides Facebook.
